No matter the size of their shops, all retailers started to embrace the very difficult challenge of welcoming their customers while complying with all safety regulations. Starting with a lot of arrows, rectangles and physical barriers, everywhere!

It was only the very beginning of a world pandemic crisis that would directly put all retail frontliners into the « next normal »…
