My name is Sophie Lenglet
I have spent over 25 years working in the retail industry for blue-chip companies operating in 30 countries. I’ve held manager positions in corporate strategy, finance and marketing, with a focus on customer experience, investment choices and sales development in growth markets.
As a manager and as an expatriate,
I have been working with a range of diverse cultures, and lived with my family in Vietnam, France, China, Indonesia, Taiwan and Malaysia. Fluent in both French and English, and with a wide experience in executive and corporate ecosystems, I enjoy creating and managing global teams.

I come from the world of insights and Big Data…
However along the years, I started to focus more on “deep data” and to follow my passion for digital transformation, especially its positive impacts on customer centricity in retail business.
I believe that we need a more customer-centric mindset within retail organizations. Thanks to design thinking, agility, coaching for change (with a smile on the face), and with our ability to create more human moments together, we can improve retail operations and serve more happy customers!
